Dealing with 30-and-something guys in a classroom might be challenging if the lesson requires practical exercises.
On the other side, getting the approach right can become interesting and rewarding.
A simple exercise to design a specific moment of the user journey, the final part of the shopping experience on a mobile app, turned out with great diversity both in ideas and execution detail as well.
