Email as a public to-do list

I've already heard this concept before but now I know its author.

Esther Dyson says previsely:

Email is a system that lets other people add things to my to-do list.

And she added further interesting concept such as the possibility to sell your time as email reader and the price might be determined by the importance of the reader as well.
