Service Description #

We provide technical consulting services through our Advisory tier, which includes:

  • Recurring consultation access through our calendar booking system
  • Reasonable frequency of calls within each billing period
  • Technical advisory
  • Architecture review
  • Technology selection guidance
  • Best practices consultation
  • Strategic planning sessions
  • Problem-solving consultations

Payment Terms #

  • Recurring billing (monthly)
  • Payment is processed automatically at the beginning of each billing period
  • Access to calendar booking system is provided upon payment confirmation
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion if the service cannot be delivered as promised

Client Responsibilities #

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Attend scheduled consultation calls at the agreed time
  • Provide relevant background information before the call when requested

Our Responsibilities #

  • Provide professional consulting services
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Conduct consultation calls at the scheduled time
  • Provide expert advice based on professional experience
  • Deliver the consultation service as described

Intellectual Property #

  • Advice and recommendations provided during consultations become available for client use
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive right to use the consulting advice
  • Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its respective owner
  • No written deliverables are provided unless specifically agreed upon

Limitation of Liability #

  • We provide advice based on professional experience and best practices
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on our consultation
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period
  • Advice is provided “as-is” without warranties of specific outcomes

Service Terms #

Calendar Booking System:

  • Clients have access to our calendar booking system
  • Calls can be scheduled at reasonable frequency within each billing period
  • Booking availability is subject to our schedule and capacity

Usage Guidelines:

  • Calendar booking system is intended for legitimate consulting needs
  • Reasonable frequency means calls should be spaced appropriately and serve genuine business purposes
  • Abuse of the booking system includes, but is not limited to:
    • Excessive booking frequency that prevents other clients from accessing services
    • Booking calls without genuine consulting needs
    • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations
    • Any behavior that disrupts the service delivery to other clients

Contract Termination:

  • We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the service contract in cases of system abuse
  • Termination may occur immediately upon notice if abuse is determined
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period in cases of abuse-related termination
  • Clients terminated for abuse may be prohibited from future service access

Cancellation and Rescheduling #

  • Clients may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for refund
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Refunds for cancelled consultations are provided at our discretion

Changes to Terms #

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will apply to future consultations booked after the changes are published.

Governing Law #

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
